MICHAEL G. MALTESE (guitar, vocals):    Michael G. Maltese received his B.A. in Music from Metropolitan State College, studying guitar under maestros Alex Kommodore and Michael Chapdelaine (a former student of the great Andres Segovia). While giving student recitals, Michael has performed with the MSCD Classical Guitar Ensemble, and the Denver Symphony Orchestra (now the Colorado Symphony Orchestra), and with appearances in various master classes featuring maestro Elliot Fisk and other notable instructors. A seasoned instructor himself, he has guided countless hopefuls to thriving musical careers.    Michael has been playing guitar; doing studio work with bands such as Nuaje Blue, The Andy Salas Band and Brilliance Of Rhoads, and also touring the United States and the local Denver area now for 30 years with such bands as Hollow Point, Twice Shy, Boneyard, (to name but a few), and now Decades Of Rock. He also plays drums, bass guitar, piano, cello, ukulele, and has been known to sing on occasion. In addition to live performance, Michael has remained faithful to composition, supplementing a catalogue of works for solo classical guitar and other instruments with new pieces including choral works, piano works, transcriptions for guitar, and a full scale symphony.
